Ethan D. Goodson
Founder and Managing Partner
During the course of his 20+ year career in investment banking and private equity, Ethan has completed numerous domestic and international M&A and recapitalization transactions for leading healthcare services organizations. Ethan focuses, in particular, on the necessary tech-enablement of the practice of medicine and therapeutic development within healthcare services, as the ecosystem evolves to meet the urgent requirements of value, efficiency and transparency.
Specific subsector coverage includes outsourced pharma services, technologies and services driving therapeutic discovery and development, diagnostics & research tools, medtech and health technology including digital health. A frequent speaker at industry conferences and sited in multiple news publications, Ethan views all his advisory work through the lens the \”triple aim\” of system-wide improvement: achieving better care at a lower cost to a greater population.
Ethan received his BA in Economics-Philosophy from Columbia and his MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.

Operating Director
As an Operating Director at Valcadia Healthcare Partners, Britt assists with deal sourcing, deal execution, buyer identification and development and due diligence. In addition, Britt is the Managing Partner and Founder of Telson Capital. Before founding Telson Capital, Britt was a healthcare investment banker at City Capital, and at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, where he advised on a wide range of transaction structures through the execution of buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and other advisory experience across a spectrum of industries, supporting client engagements through due diligence, financial and strategic analysis, valuation and other services.
Britt attended Miami University of Ohio’s Richard T. Farmer School of Business, where he received a BS in both Accounting and Finance; he completed his MBA at the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at Saint Louis University.
